Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Agent at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, interacting with clients and providing them with exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Providing accurate information about our services and resolving any issues that clients may have
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions and feedback in our system
