The Real Estate Broker will manage property transactions, provide expert guidance to clients, and support clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties. Responsibilities include marketing properties, negotiating contracts, maintaining professional relationships, and staying informed about real estate market trends to serve clients effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Brokerage and Real Estate, with knowledge of industry regulations and practices
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Proven skills in Sales, including negotiation and deal closing
  • Strong understanding of Real Property and property valuation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach
  • Valid real estate broker license in North Carolina
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in the real estate industry
