Experienced Disposition Specialist (Real Estate VA)
Title: Experienced Disposition Specialist (Real Estate VA) – Remote | Commission + Bonuses Description: EASY VA is looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Disposition Specialist to join our growing real estate team. If you have strong sales skills, experience working with buyers, and a passion for closing deals, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and selling off-market real estate deals to our network of investors and cash buyers. This is a fast-paced, performance-based position with strong earning potential. Responsibilities:
- Manage and market assigned real estate deals to buyers
- Build and maintain a strong cash buyers list
- Communicate with buyers via calls, SMS, and email
- Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize profit
- Send out deal blasts and follow up consistently
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth transactions
- Track deal progress and update CRM systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Disposition Specialist or in real estate sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working with CRMs (Podio, HubSpot, or similar)
- Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Reliable internet connection and work-from-home setup
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of real estate terms (ARV, comps, assignments)
- Experience working with US real estate market
- Background in wholesaling or investment properties
