- 85/15 commission split
- $15,000 cap (declining annually to $10,000)
- $149/month flat fee

Responsibilities
- Work with buyers and/or sellers on residential/land and/or commercial deals
- Build and manage your own client pipeline
- Utilize provided tools and systems
- Implement modern marketing strategies
- Operate as an independent business owner
- Maintain a positive "can do" attitude
Qualifications
- Active real estate license (required) in any US state or Canada
- Self-motivated and growth-oriented
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Interest in building a long-term real estate business
Compensation
- Commission-based (1099 independent contractor)
- 85/15 split until cap
- 100% commission after cap
- 0% - .1% transaction fee ($500 cap per transaction)
