Hiring Freelancer to Recruit & Manage 50 TikTok UGC Creators
We are looking for an experienced freelancer or agency to help recruit and coordinate 50 TikTok UGC creators for a TikTok Shop campaign. Scope of Work:
- Source and recruit 50 suitable TikTok creators/UGC creators
- Coordinate creator onboarding and communication
- Ensure creators purchase or receive assigned products through TikTok Shop
- Ensure creators produce and upload TikTok short-form content
- Ensure creators submit product reviews/feedback on TikTok Shop
- Track creator progress and delivery status
- Provide weekly reporting updates
Requirements:
- Experience managing TikTok creator campaigns
- Existing network/database of UGC creators is a strong advantage
- Familiar with TikTok Shop ecosystem
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple creators simultaneously
Preferred:
- Experience with influencer outreach
- Experience with affiliate or creator campaigns
- Agency/team applicants welcome
Deliverables:
- 50 active recruited creators
- Creator tracking sheet/report
- Completed content and review submissions
