Bird River Properties is a local St Louis Home Buying company dedicated to making the home selling process quick, easy, and stress-free for homeowners. We're growing fast and looking for a driven sales professional to join our team. The Role As an Inside Sales - Appointment Setter position, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners looking to sell (The voice of the company). You'll play a critical role in our acquisitions pipeline. You will be converting inbound leads and nurturing warm prospects into booked appointments for our acquisitions team. If you are looking to move up the ladder than this is the best position to get your foot in the door. We believe in promoting from within, so there is potential to move to the acquisitions team down the road!

Responsibilities

  • Set qualified appointments for our acquisitions team
  • Answer incoming calls from mail and web-generated leads
  • Make outbound calls to new web leads in a timely manner
  • Stay in consistent contact with warm leads throughout the pipeline
  • Build genuine rapport and trust with homeowners seeking a quick and easy sale

What We're Looking For

  • A motivated, competitive go-getter with a hunger to be the best
  • Strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls
  • Must be located in the St. Louis area

Compensation

  • $40,000–$60,000 total compensation (base + commission)
  • Hybrid work schedule
