Equipment Development Engineer – Electrical Engineer
Job Description:
- Function mainly as an electrical engineer for equipment development related projects in the Pulp/Paper and Water Treatment business.
- Develop and design new equipment offerings as the Electrical Engineer expert.
- Collaborate with commercial teams, equipment vendors and the Solenis Launch team.
- Ideation, design, drawing/manual development and construction oversight of brand new to market equipment offerings.
- Ensure projects meet commercial needs and are ready for handover to the equipment launch team upon completion.
- Measure on time delivery of projects within defined budget and operating parameters while maintaining strict safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering Field (Electrical Engineering or other relevant degree).
- 8+ years of industry experience in Engineering Product Development.
- Strong project management experience.
- Experience in CAD or other relevant drawing programs.
- Ability to travel 30-40%
