Public Health Specialist
• Collaborate with AI development teams to provide expertise in community health practices and protocols.
- Review, create, and annotate health-related datasets to ensure accuracy and relevance for AI training.
- Provide feedback on AI model performance from a community health worker perspective.
- Document community health workflows, case studies, and best practices to improve model training outcomes.
- Participate in virtual meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions with cross‑functional teams.
- Apply knowledge of public health issues, patient care, and community resources to inform AI solutions.
- Continuously update knowledge of community health and digital health technologies.
Requirements
- Certified Community Health Worker or equivalent practical experience in community or public health environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
- High attention to detail in documentation and data review tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative setting.
- Demonstrated interest in technology, innovation, or digital health initiatives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in AI, data annotation, or digital healthcare projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic health records or public health data systems is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are preferred.
