We are currently seeking enthusiastic and organized individuals to join our team as Global Travel Specialist. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and coordinating travel experiences across a variety of destinations, helping turn their ideas into well-structured and confirmed trips. This role is a great fit for individuals who enjoy working with people, exploring worldwide destinations, and managing travel details in a remote setting. Whether it's a relaxing getaway or a multi-stop international journey, you'll play a key role in guiding clients through each step of the process. Training and ongoing support are provided, making this an accessible opportunity for those new to the industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with organizing travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and activities
- Research global destinations to match client preferences, timelines, and budgets
- Provide recommendations and helpful insights to support travel decisions
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and online platforms
- Coordinate bookings and confirmations with travel suppliers and partners
- Maintain accurate records of client itineraries and travel details
- Stay informed about travel updates, promotions, and destination highlights
- Support clients throughout the planning process from inquiry to final confirmation
Candidate Qualifications
- Interest in global travel and client support services
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable using online systems and basic computer tools
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must reside in the US, UK, Mexico, the EU, or Australia
