Lead the successful launch of Netflix's live streaming platform, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for millions of global subscribers. Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, resources, and milestones, to ensure timely delivery of the live streaming platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and content, to define project requirements and scope and ensure alignment on project goals. Utilize technical expertise and knowledge of live streaming technologies to make informed decisions and solve complex technical problems. Implement effective project management methodologies, tools, and processes to track progress, identify risks, and mitigate issues throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor and report on project status, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management. Proactively identify and communicate potential roadblocks and propose solutions to keep the project on track. Lead and motivate a team of technical experts, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of the live streaming platform, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous optimization. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies related to live streaming to inform project decisions and future developments. Act as a subject matter expert for the live streaming platform, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams as needed.
