Senior Product Marketing Manager, Events (B2B SaaS | Contract)

We’re hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to support outbound GTM and event programs for a rapidly growing B2B SaaS organization. This role is focused on translating product positioning and narrative strategy into compelling event experiences across trade shows, webinars, virtual programs, and strategic event initiatives. This is a high-visibility, highly collaborative role ideal for a senior PMM who thrives in fast-paced environments, operates independently, and knows how to turn messaging into audience engagement and measurable pipeline impact. What You’ll Do

  • Develop messaging and strategy briefs for webinars, trade shows, virtual events, and sponsorship programs
  • Translate positioning and GTM narratives into event content, keynote messaging, session descriptions, scripts, and collateral
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Event Strategy, Production, and leadership teams
  • Support storytelling, speaker preparation, and audience-focused messaging development
  • Analyze event performance metrics and provide optimization recommendations tied to engagement and ROI
  • Help improve and scale event reporting, dashboards, workflows, and operational processes
  • Build repeatable frameworks, messaging guidance, and PMM event playbooks

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years of Product Marketing experience within B2B SaaS environments
  • Strong experience supporting outbound GTM initiatives and event marketing programs
  • Exceptional storytelling, messaging, and communication skills
  • Experience creating narratives, presentations, scripts, and audience-facing content
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and present to leadership teams
  • Data-driven mindset with experience evaluating event performance and pipeline impact
  • Comfortable working independently in evolving, fast-moving environments
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or AI-assisted workflow automation

Preferred Experience

  • Finance, ERP, or business software industry experience
  • Experience supporting CFO or finance-focused buyer personas
  • Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Splash, or related marketing/reporting tools
  • Webinar, trade show, keynote, or third-party sponsorship experience
