Role Overview We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to generate new business and build lasting client relationships. This is a hunter role—you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, closing deals, and growing your book of business. You will work closely with operations and leadership to deliver tailored logistics solutions that solve real shipping challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business through calls, email, networking, and referrals
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of shippers (manufacturers, distributors, eCommerce, etc.)
  • Present tailored freight solutions (LTL, FTL, expedited, air, ocean)
  • Close new accounts and negotiate pricing agreements
  • Maintain strong relationships and grow existing accounts
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure service execution and customer satisfaction
  • Provide fast, professional follow-ups and quotes

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of logistics or freight sales experience (3PL preferred)
  • Strong understanding of LTL, FTL, or international shipping
  • Proven ability to close deals and hit revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
