Registered Nurses with telehealth expertise are needed to deliver high-quality nursing care within a supportive and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform independent nursing and delegated medical functions in compliance with state Board of Nursing standards.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive nursing care for patients via telehealth platforms.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate patient health status by collecting and analyzing health data.
  • Provide health education and counseling to patients to promote wellness and informed decision-making.
  • Administer supportive and restorative therapies directly or indirectly through delegation, supervision, or consultation.
  • Execute delegated medical tasks and refer patients for further evaluation or treatment as appropriate.
  • Review and monitor prescribed therapy and treatment plans to ensure effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in line with hospital and regulatory guidelines.
  • Utilize resources efficiently to enhance patient care delivery.
  • Uphold the mission, vision, and values of the healthcare organization, adhering to established service standards.
  • Flexibility to float to other departments when needed within your competencies.
  • Availability for on-call duties during scheduled shifts, if required.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Current and valid RN license with Telehealth nursing experience preferred.
  • Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth technologies.
