Notary Signing Agent
JOB TYPE: Full-time RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Notarizing at home in-person and remote online signings for buyers, sellers, and borrowers on real estate transactions.
- Communicate requirements and other information to clients.
- Making phone calls to clients. KEY BACKGROUND:
- Notary Public license.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Recent College Graduates (BA or BS) with no experience will be considered.
- 1 year of customer service experience is preferred. KEY SKILLS:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent telephone skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Effective time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Problem solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Very strong technical (computer software) skills. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up. PAYMENT: $125.00 to $200.00per loan signing appointment BENEFITS:
