Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Full Stack Business Analyst – Labor Force Activities Work Execution to join our team. As a key member of our Labor Force Activities Work Execution team, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing insights to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including store operations, HR, and leadership, to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

  • Perform data gathering tasks, data analysis, and data visualization to support business decisions
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and drive business growth
  • Produce reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders to communicate insights and recommendations
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams, including store operations, HR, and leadership, to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategic solutions
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with other business analysts to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to business, operations, or analytics

  • 3+ years of work experience in a business analyst or related role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including store operations, HR, and leadership
  • Strong knowledge of business operations, including process improvement and change management

Preferred Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in a retail or field operations environment

  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
  • Certification in business analysis, such as CBAP or CCBA
