Full Stack .Net Developer (Frontend)

Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Front-End Application Developer to design, build, and enhance multiple in-house applications used by clinicians and internal team members. These applications include systems supporting electronic records, revenue-related workflows, analytics, and mobile solutions. The applications interact with various internal and external entities. This role is responsible for developing high-quality, scalable, and performant solutions using React, JavaScript, and .NET Core technologies. The developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional team members and subject matter experts from multiple business areas to deliver impactful software solutions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Other duties and tasks may be assigned as required.

• Translate application user stories and use cases into functional application modules
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using JavaScript, React, and C#
• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify application bottlenecks and defects, and implement effective solutions
• Develop new tools and modules that improve clinician productivity and enhance patient care
• Enhance analytics components to support improved revenue collection and operational insights
• Research emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to improve software efficiency
• Enhance existing mobile applications (iOS/Android) used by field personnel and physicians to improve access to patient data
• Perform data modeling to ensure solutions address diverse business and operational scenarios
• Create and maintain data models and workflow specifications
• Mentor and provide technical support to other developers
• Participate actively in team code reviews and promote consistent coding standards
• Contribute to team discussions and foster collaboration while adhering to organizational policies and procedures
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance

Qualifications & Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–3 years of professional experience developing complex, production-grade web applications

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with C#, React, and JavaScript, and a solid understanding of their ecosystems
• Familiarity with the .NET framework and common React libraries
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
• Experience building reusable libraries and components
• Familiarity with design and architectural methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or MySQL
• Strong skills in writing clean, readable, and maintainable code
• Understanding of scalable application design principles
• Experience creating database schemas that support business processes
• Knowledge of automated testing platforms and unit testing practices
• Proficiency with source control tools (e.g., CVS, VSS, TFS, or similar)
• Experience using JIRA or similar tools for task tracking
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus
• Experience using AI-enabled development tools (e.g., Cursor) is a plus
• Knowledge of electronic records or claims systems is a plus, but not required
