Graphic Designer / Visual Systems Designer
Graphic Designer / Visual Systems Designer Needed – Relational Intelligence (RQ) Framework We are looking for a highly capable graphic designer / visual systems designer to help translate a set of conceptual frameworks into a cohesive, premium-quality visual language system. This is not a standard “marketing graphics” project. We have developed a series of original diagrams and conceptual models as part of an emerging framework called Relational Intelligence (RQ) — focused on emotional regulation, human connection, attachment, communication, and relational systems. The concepts and structures already exist. We now need a designer who can:
- refine and professionalise the visuals,
- create consistency across multiple diagrams,
- establish a clean and intelligent visual language,
- and help make complex ideas immediately understandable.
The Work Includes
- Refinement of approximately 6 existing diagrams
- Typography hierarchy
- Shape and layout consistency
- Visual flow and directional clarity
- Colour system aligned to our brand
- Creation of scalable, presentation-ready assets
Desired Style We are aiming for a visual identity that feels:
- calm,
- intelligent,
- structured,
- premium,
- modern,
- and psychologically grounded.
Avoid:
- overly corporate aesthetics,
- generic wellness branding,
- cartoon styles,
- or cluttered infographic design.
Ideal Experience We are especially interested in designers with experience in:
- information design,
- systems thinking,
- educational frameworks,
- psychology/science communication,
- UX/UI systems,
- or conceptual visualisation.
Deliverables
- Editable source files (Figma preferred, Illustrator also acceptable)
- SVG and PNG exports
- Consistent visual system across all diagrams
Important We are not looking for someone to reinterpret the concepts themselves. The role is to visually elevate and systemise existing frameworks while preserving conceptual integrity. Please include:
