Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting technical problems and providing guidance on using arenaflex's mobile app and website.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with customers, upholding the arenaflex brand values.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • An independent and driven personality, with the ability to effectively work in a remote environment.
  • Strong presentation and people management skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • The ability to work part-time hours, with flexibility to be available during evenings and weekends.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services is a plus, but not essential.
