Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for connecting with callers who have expressed interest in potential compensation claims, providing accurate information, and guiding them through the process. Responsibilities:

* Connect with callers through an automated dialer, assessing their eligibility for compensation claims

  • Handle a high volume of calls, with the potential to speak with 40-50 callers per day, of which 1-5 may qualify for compensation
  • Multitask while on calls, utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts as needed
  • Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
  • Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position and industry
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to data security and confidentiality
  • Assist with other projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues and resolve problems independently, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless service delivery

Requirements:

* Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey, with a quiet, distraction-free workspace available

  • Possess a reliable, hardwired desktop or laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with the following specifications:

+ 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU

  • Ensure high-speed internet access (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet)
  • Utilize a reliable noise-cancellation headset wired via USB (e.g., gaming headset with mic or Logitech G432) (average price: $20-$30)
  • Demonstrate a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles
  • Possess 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience, with a proven track record of success

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on building rapport and resolving conflicts
  • Competitive and results-driven, with a passion for meeting and exceeding performance goals
  • Ability to work 40+ hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Familiarity with phone software (VICI) and Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) systems
  • Proven track record of success in sales-focused roles, with a strong understanding of upsell and cross-sell strategies
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
