Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and meticulous individuals to join our remote team as Customer Support Specialists in our live chat division. This role is integral to ensuring that our customer service operations run smoothly and effectively, contributing to an exceptional user experience. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing live chat communications with customers, resolving customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, and maintaining confidentiality and security of customer data.

Key Responsibilities
