Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer inquiries promptly via live chat, providing professional and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Maintaining a deep knowledge of arenaflex services to offer relevant solutions and support to customers, addressing their concerns and challenges in a timely and effective manner.
  • Identifying customer concerns and challenges, escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary to ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Tracking customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments to monitor customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Striving towards achieving targets for customer satisfaction and engagement, continuously improving our services to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Requirements

To be successful as a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a higher educational level would be a plus.
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, handling multiple inquiries at once and meeting deadlines.
  • Previous customer service experience would be beneficial, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support.
