Key Responsibilities

As a Life Customer Service Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing timely support to our policyholders. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information on life insurance products and services
  • Processing customer transactions and updates, including policy changes and claims
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the life insurance industry
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A positive and customer-centric attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working with life insurance products and services, including policy administration and claims processing
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. CSCP, CSPT)
