Job Summary

Responsibilities

As a Virtual Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for: - Engaging with customers through online live chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilizing critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service - Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is being provided to customers - Documenting customer interactions and following up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction - Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
