Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Banker Resource, you'll be part of our Branch Resource Team, supporting a defined group of branches in our Branch Network presentation. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging in proactive sales and customer service activities, including teller transactions
  • Retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services
  • Serving in a concierge role by servicing walk-in customers
  • Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently and balancing daily while providing exemplary customer service
  • Effectively resolving customer issues
  • Educating customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking) so they can bank more conveniently and better manage their money
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
  • Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build strong internal partnerships pursuant to OCR guidelines

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree

  • 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
  • Cash handling skills
  • Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
