Job Title: Director of Digital Manufacturing Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Director of Digital Manufacturing to spearhead the development and execution of cutting-edge digital service offerings across the Americas. This pivotal role is designed for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital platforms, enhance operational efficiency, and drive business growth. If you’re looking to make a significant impact by integrating IoT, AI, and data analytics into manufacturing processes, this opportunity is for you. Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital services, technology, or operations
  • 5+ years in a leadership role managing digital transformation or service delivery teams
  • Proven success in implementing scalable digital solutions with measurable business impact
  • Strong project management and strategic planning abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Vendor management and knowledge of cybersecurity standards

Nice to Have

Skills:

  • Experience with IoT, AI, and data analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise service architectures
  • Knowledge of predictive maintenance and monitoring systems
  • Background in branding and global service architecture coordination

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related fields
  • Advanced certifications in digital transformation, project management, or relevant technologies are a plus

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to travel to manufacturing plants across the Midwest and Carolinas as needed
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment with data protection standards
