Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Fraud Specialist to join our US-based team. As a key member of our fraud detection team, you'll be responsible for responding to account inquiries, identifying fraudulent credit card activity, and assisting with the completion of lost/stolen reports. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing merchants and cardholders of 5 or more assigned clients with standard/scripted responses to Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined alerts generated within the fraud detection queues.

  • Assist with the completion of lost/stolen reports, including blocking and transferring compromised accounts to prevent further losses and fraudulent activity.
  • Build credit card replacement orders and complete shipping materials.
  • Develop knowledge and basic skills required to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training, research of department policies, procedures, external regulations, and analytic techniques, and the expertise of more experienced fraud analysts.
  • Collaborate with the fraud detection team to identify and prevent fraudulent activity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or Equivalent + A minimum of at least six months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months + Strong communication and customer service skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards + Flexibility to work mid-shift to late shifts, including weekends + Ability to work on camera at all times

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 12 months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months + Banking customer service experience + Knowledge of payment processing and fraud detection + Analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team
