Responsibilities

As a Centralized Production Technician - Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

• Accurate Data Entry: Enter patient profiles and medications with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Medication Order Entry: Enter medication orders for various facilities, following standard procedures and protocols to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Billing and Crediting: Ensure that all Third-Party claims are billed properly and that each facility is credited accurately and on time.
• Training and Support: Assist fellow technicians with training and daily functions, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• New Home Setup and Implementation: Assist in setting up and implementing new homes across the region, ensuring a seamless transition for patients and staff.
• Orienting and Training New Employees: Welcome and train new employees, providing a comprehensive onboarding experience that sets them up for success.
• Unbilled Reports: Work with the billing department to oversee the completion of individual unbilled reports and assign daily unbilled reports as needed.
• Data Entry Production: Maintain and demonstrate top-tier data entry production as determined by your Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
• Outside Services: Help manage outside services that impact arenaflex customer service, such as INFINX and SDS.
• Regulatory Training: Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Centralized Production Technician - Data Entry Specialist, you'll need:

• Educational Requirements: A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, with a preference for an AS Degree or Higher in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacy customer service technician, with a proven track record of top 5% data entry performance metrics.
• Vermont Employees: Registration with the State of Vermont as a Pharmacy Technician (required for Vermont employees).
