About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, engaging directly with customers who contact us for various reasons. You'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound calls and other communication platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Researching and problem-solving to determine the best solutions for our customers, while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
  • Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers, providing exceptional service and support that exceeds their expectations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and provide seamless support to our customers

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a pet care or pharmacy setting
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner
  • Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a focus on problem-solving and finding creative solutions
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed
  • Ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on excellence and continuous improvement
