As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth guest experience from start to finish. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests, answering their questions, and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Email Correspondence: Respond to guest inquiries via email, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up. * Voicemail Management: Listen to voicemails promptly and return calls with professionalism and enthusiasm. * Reservation Management: Book and manage reservations using our reservation management system, ensuring accuracy and a smooth guest experience. * Customer Assistance: Assist guests with booking questions, cancellation policies, and general tour information. * Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when necessary. * Maintain Brand Voice: Communicate in a manner that reflects the fun, engaging, and fabulous personality of arenaflex. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred, especially in a remote setting or tourism/hospitality industry. * Reservation Management Skills: Experience using a reservation management system is a plus. * Google Workspace: Experience with gmail, google voice is a plus. * Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional tone. * Tech Savvy: Comfortable using email platforms, VoIP phone systems, and other digital communication tools. * Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently. * Availability: About 2 hours per day, 5 days a week, with flexible weekday hours and occasional required weekends. * Personality: Positive, outgoing, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. * Drag Fan: Must be a fan of drag culture and appreciate the art of drag – enthusiasm for the queens is a must!
