The Role

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for partnering with our mid-market customers to drive adoption, ensure customer satisfaction, growth, and retention. You will play a critical role in significantly impacting our net dollar retention by serving this customer base. Your expertise and dedication will help us build strong relationships with our customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Build playbooks for supporting a high volume of customer accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support

  • Ensure real customer value, success, adoption, and renewals from mid-market customers, driving growth and satisfaction
  • Consult with customers on their internal learning and development strategy, influencing leaders to drive change across their organization
  • Work with business contacts and procurement to renew customer contracts, ensuring smooth renewal processes
  • Partner with sales to develop account expansion strategies for customers with high-growth potential, hitting up-sell targets and converting free trial customers
  • Onboard new customers, partnering with Implementation Engineers to ensure successful project management and ongoing support of custom features
  • Create a customer feedback loop with product management to surface customer requests and help translate customer feedback into product requirements
  • Manage a high volume of customer accounts (60+) executing a low touch/tech touch engagement model, ensuring timely and effective communication

What You Need to Succeed

  • Genuine care, respect, and will for the customer's mission, driving satisfaction and growth
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS customer success and/or account management experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply
  • A love for teamwork and commitment to building a world-class, enterprise-level global customer experience
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, with an interest in helping build sustainable processes

Compensation

* $120k - $140k depending on geographic location
