As a Nordic-speaking Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home or from one of our offices in the Baltic region. Our flexible work arrangement allows you to choose the location that suits you best, whether it's from the bustling streets of Riga, Tallinn, Tartu, or Daugavpils, or from the tranquility of your own home. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in one of the Nordic languages, including Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian. You'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience through inbound/outbound phone calls, email, and chat functions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide great customer service to our clients via phone, email, and in some cases, chat

  • Find solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
  • Work from the comfort of your own home or from one of our offices in the Baltic region
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Requirements:

* Fluency in any of the Nordic languages, including Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian

  • Good command of English, as we handle both Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish markets
  • Passion and interest in customer service (previous experience is not required but a valued merit)
  • Ability to work from one of our offices or from the comfort of your home within the Baltic region
