Job Summary
We're currently hiring for two full-time Customer Service Representative positions with regular daytime hours and competitive pay. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Working independently to manage your workload and meet productivity goals
- Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving our services
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, as required
- Adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and data protection

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
