What You'll Be Doing

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers at arenaflex. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and empathetic manner
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful answers to customers' questions and concerns
  • Collaborating with customers to resolve issues and find solutions that meet their needs
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualities:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
  • A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative)
  • A smartphone or tablet that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in
