Our office located in Raynham, MA is seeking a Summer Student Customer Care Representative to join the team!

Job Overview:

Our Student Help program is designed for students who are currently enrolled in school and will be continuing their studies in the fall. This opportunity is an excellent way for students to receive hands-on experience in the insurance industry. As a Summer Student Customer Care Representative, you'll have the chance to learn our billing system and processes, take customer telephone calls to assist them with payment and billing inquiries, and make outbound calls to assist customers with payment and billing inquiries.

Responsibilities:

* Learn our billing system and processes

  • Take customer telephone calls to assist them with payment and billing inquiries
  • Make outbound calls to assist customers with payment and billing inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Salary and Work Schedule:

The working schedule is Monday - Friday, 30 to 40 hours per week during the months of May, June, July, and August. The salary for this position will be $17.50 per hour.

* Must be currently enrolled in a high school or college undergraduate program
