Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative – Front Counter / Intern, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and handling customer inquiries. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sales and customer service, and we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed!

Key Responsibilities

* Follow arenaflex's LeadFLow and Net Vision Program (Training provided)

• Properly greet customers in person or over the phone
• Properly process callers through the Store phone system
• Be thoroughly familiar with the arenaflex Customer Bill of Rights
• Identify customer printing and duplicating needs
• Recommend additional value-added services
• Quote turnaround from the "standard turnaround chart"
• Accurately enter correctly priced estimates and orders in POS System
• Follow up on estimates, ask for orders
• Enter orders in POS system
• Handle cash, check, or credit card transactions and deposits at front counter
• Verify order accuracy and pricing
• Notify customers when order is completed
• Handle customer complaints; forward to management when appropriate
• Maintain front counter cleanliness, preparedness checklist
• Maintain front counter filing systems
• Log new customer contacts for future follow-up
• Take complete messages for team members
• Refer customers to inside sales rep when appropriate
• Develop customer's trust by taking interest in the success and timely completion of their projects
• Must perform in a professional manner at all times
• Must have a positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to find solutions for projects

Qualifications

* College degree or currently enrolled in a degree program in sales or Communications.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of CRM, SEO, and basics of sales processes.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Basic computer and AI tools skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
• No prior sales experience required – we'll train you!
