Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers via online chat to provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.

- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.

Key Skills and Qualifications
