About the Role

As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our Online Customer Support Team, interacting with customers through various online platforms, including social media, email, and live chat. Your primary goal will be to provide consultative support, educate customers about our products and services, and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through online platforms, including social media, email, and live chat

  • Utilize open-end questions to troubleshoot technical equipment and resolve customer issues
  • Educate customers about the features and benefits of arenaflex's products and services
  • Build trusted relationships with customers by providing accurate and timely information
  • Meet performance goals and metrics to qualify for the work-from-home program
  • Maintain a high level of written communication skills, adhering to arenaflex's tone and brand standards
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve a positive and innovative work culture

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous sales and/or technical experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Zendesk or similar platform
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Proficient grammar and typing skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs and Outlook
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changes
  • Ability to meet set performance metrics and goals
  • Ability to exercise good judgment
