What You'll Be Doing:

As an Experienced Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on arenaflex's websites and social media accounts. This may involve addressing support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your primary objective will be to provide first-class customer service, ensuring that our customers receive timely, accurate, and helpful responses to their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on arenaflex's websites and social media accounts

  • Provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses to customer inquiries
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction levels by following up on customer interactions and implementing process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in customer support or a related field

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • 10+ hours of availability per week

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
