Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience that meets and exceeds our high standards. Your role will involve:

• Greeting customers with a smile and taking orders in a friendly and professional manner
• Operating the cash register and collecting payments from customers with accuracy and efficiency
• Preparing and serving high-quality pizzas and other menu items within arenaflex's guidelines
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment that meets our high standards of quality and safety
• Maintaining a professional appearance at all times, in compliance with arenaflex's grooming standards

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Operate the cash register and collect payments from customers with accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare and serve high-quality pizzas and other menu items within arenaflex's guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment that meets our high standards of quality and safety
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times, in compliance with arenaflex's grooming standards
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Qualifications:

* A fun and friendly person who is comfortable talking to strangers and providing exceptional customer service

• A team player who is punctual and has a positive attitude
• You are at least 16 years of age
• Pass a Criminal Background check

Essential Skills and Competencies:
