Job Details

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/ Order Processor to join our team on a 3-month contract. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
  • Processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of customer inquiries
  • Creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
  • Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in a customer service role

  • Proven experience creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the gaming industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of gaming industry trends and regulations
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
