Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients through our online chat platform. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to patient inquiries and providing support through live chat
  • Assisting patients with scheduling appointments and resolving billing inquiries
  • Providing information on dental services and procedures
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with patients and provide support through live chat.
  • Strong Customer Service Orientation: You will need to have a strong customer service orientation and be able to provide exceptional support to our patients.
