Job Summary

As a Retail Customer Service and Sales Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional service to our customers and creating ownership opportunities that drive sales and growth. You'll be responsible for understanding our customers' needs, identifying ownership opportunities, and presenting products and services that enrich their lives. You'll also be expected to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and sales processes, and to share your knowledge with your peers to support the success of the team.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional service to arenaflex customers by seeking to understand their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, and presenting products and services that enrich their lives

  • Understand and proactively stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, purchase options, and sales processes
  • Support your peers throughout the store as needed by sharing knowledge about arenaflex's products, services, and purchase options, and assist in offering ownership opportunities
  • Maintain accuracy and follow guidance
  • Perform other tasks as needed, including but not limited to providing customer service and support in other areas of the store
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other's differences and having the curiosity to learn
  • Demonstrate arenaflex's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities

Minimum Qualifications

* You should have availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations
