What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: - Providing empathetic support to patients with prescription medications and addressing their concerns - Handling inbound and outbound calls while delivering quality service and meeting call center metrics - Utilizing call center software to conduct account research, update notes, and communicate with insurance companies on behalf of patients - Adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality in all interactions - Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure seamless patient care and support
