Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Your primary focus will be on delivering personalized support, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our clients. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming clients upon arrival at the arenaflex Centurion Parlor
  • Providing expert guidance and support to clients, helping them navigate our products and services
  • Resolving client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with our team to develop innovative solutions that drive client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Utilizing our Client-First approach to address client needs and expectations
  • Providing travel and lifestyle suggestions, as well as making reservations and recommendations
  • Working closely with our food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our clients

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience working with premium clients, preferably in a carrier, parlor, or travel industry setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Proficiency in using various technology platforms, including web-based tools and software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift light to moderate weights, as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Knowledge of the travel industry, including airline, hotel, and car rental services
  • Familiarity with our products and services, including our credit cards and loyalty programs
