Job Summary

We're looking for a friendly and remote Licensed Real Estate Customer Support Agent to assist us with real estate listing customer support and quality control. This part-time position (4-8 hours a day, 2-3 days a week) offers the perfect opportunity for a former Transaction Coordinator or someone looking to transition out of TC to stay involved in real estate. As a licensed real estate agent in NJ, WI, MO, or OH, you'll be responsible for reviewing tax records, permits, and documentation to validate customer submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance prior to listings being posted on the MLS.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Real Estate Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing tax records, permits, and documentation to validate customer submissions for our admin team
  • Reviewing listings for accuracy and compliance prior to them being posted on the MLS
  • Working with our overseas team and helping them with questions and concerns
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support
  • Staying up-to-date with MLS and real estate rules and regulations

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A valid real estate license in NJ, WI, MO, or OH
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in technology, including software and online platforms
  • Ability to work US hours and be a native US English speaker/citizen
  • Experience in real estate, preferably as a Transaction Coordinator or in a similar role

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working with MLS and real estate software
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with customer support and quality control processes
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
