The Role

As a Finnish-speaking Customer Service Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll be working remotely, but with the flexibility to collaborate with our team and access our resources from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients in Finnish, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of new solutions
  • Collaborate with our training team to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Participate in regular performance reviews and development discussions to ensure career growth and success

Essential Qualifications:

* Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the home appliances and RTV equipment industry
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
