Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing swift, accurate, and professional assistance to our customers via phone calls, email exchanges, and other digital platforms
  • Supporting customers in tracking their purchases, resolving delivery concerns, managing returns, and clarifying product queries

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • No prior background or experience in customer support (complete training will be provided)
  • To be at least 18 years old to meet the eligibility criteria
  • A stable internet connection and a serene work environment in the comfort of your home
