Job Summary:

As an Experienced Customer Care Representative – E-Service Chat Support Specialist, you will represent the arenaflex business unit to customers and business partners, providing exceptional service experiences while maintaining a professional and businesslike relationship with both internal and external customers. You will acquire knowledge and understanding of product coverage and adhere to departmental guidelines, policies, and procedures. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers, contractors, and/or business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers, contractors, and/or business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage

  • Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and/or contractors
  • Follow up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved
  • Maintain current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and complete required continuing education courses
  • May assume other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Minimum Education, Licensure, and Professional Certification requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

  • Minimum Experience required: 1+ years of experience preferred
  • Required Skills:

+ Computer literacy + Problem-solving and decision-making + Attention to detail + Multi-tasking + Adapt to a fast-paced environment

  • Preferred Skills:

+ Customer service experience and/or training

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
