Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing large amounts of incoming calls from customers, responding to their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Generating sales leads by identifying customer needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Taking the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their needs are met

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • A track record of over-achieving quota and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Experience in waste hauling/management is a huge plus
  • Bilingual is preferred
  • Data entry experience

Nice-to-haves

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Knowledge of waste management and recycling practices
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
