Position Summary

As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat support. You'll work closely with our team to assist customers with a range of issues, from login problems and billing inquiries to subscription changes and technical troubleshooting. Using our proprietary scripts and workflows, you'll provide accurate and empathetic support, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages promptly, using our proprietary scripts and workflows to provide accurate and empathetic support

  • Assist customers with account access, billing, and subscription management, ensuring seamless and efficient resolution of their issues
  • Follow scripted replies and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality in our support interactions
  • Document interactions and escalate complex issues to ensure that every customer receives the support they need
  • Maintain professional communication, using clear and concise language to resolve customer queries and concerns

Technical Requirements

* Laptop or desktop with Chrome

  • Reliable internet (10 Mbps+)

  • Strong written English – communicate effectively and clearly with customers
  • Ability to multitask – juggle multiple chat sessions and prioritize tasks efficiently

Compensation & Scheduling

* Start: $25/hr

  • Raises to $30–$35/hr after 30 QA-approved shifts
  • Shifts available 24/7; self-scheduled
  • Minimum 15 hours/week

Training & Onboarding

* 2-hour onboarding – comprehensive training to get you started

  • Simulated chat practice – hone your skills in a safe and supportive environment
  • QA-monitored first shift – receive feedback and coaching to ensure success
  • Paid shifts start in 3–5 days – begin earning a competitive hourly rate quickly
